SYNOPSIS: I never thought I’d say yes to a fake date. Let alone with Julian Wright. But I’m stuck attending my perfect brother’s doctoral graduation, and I can’t suffer through another round of parental disappointment. Julian has to go to a charity function he planned with his ex-girlfriend. We both need a date. Yes, we shared one kiss in a darkened office to make his ex jealous. But it wasn’t real. Was it? I’m sure I can get through this. Until we get to the house and there’s only one bed. I’ve pined for Julian for three long years. More than my body is on the line…I need to guard my heart. Because if I get hurt in our fake relationship, then it serves me Wright.
A new stand alone fake relationship romance set in the world of the Wrights from USA Today bestselling author K.A. Linde.
REVIEW: Yes, yes, yes, this was definitely everything I wanted it to be! I’m so happy that K.A. Linde revisited the Wright series with A Wright Christmas at the end of last year! These new characters have been wonderful l to read about. I had a feeling that Jenn was going to be a really great female character from what we’ve seen of her in the last couple books, but she even exceeded my expectations! I like the realistic portrayal of the mental health condition she’s dealing with and how it plays out in different situations. I also appreciated the different family dynamics for both Jennifer and Julian. These dynamics play a part in who they are and how they interact with others. After everything that happened with Ashleigh in the last book I had a feeling she would be a little bit of a problem for Julian and Jennifer in this one as well. It was nice to see Jennifer grow and come more into herself while dealing with the Ashleigh throughout the story. Jennifer was just so relatable in many ways, even with the things about her that I didn’t connect with at all. There were just so many parts with her where I just sat there and said “yep, haven’t we all felt this way!” I think what I really loved too, is the connection between these two from the very beginning and how that is stable throughout the book even when things happen to throw them off course. I’m really excited to see what we get in the next Wright book, Wright Rival!

Not her worries about finding a job after college, not the whispers of last year’s accident on the ice, and not the cute hockey player who keeps asking her out. They think they want different things, but when it heats up between them, there’s no denying they have something in common–even if it’s just for a night.
This is Book 3 in the Campus Nights series!
REVIEW: THIS SERIES! I have honestly loved EVERY SINGLE BOOK in the Campus Nights series from Rebecca Jenshak. Each couple is so unique in their issues, but so real, and so good for each other. Rhett and Sienna are so stickin’ cute. Something I love about Rebecca Jenshak’s books is that I can be laughing my butt off in one chapter, and then clutching my heart with all the emotions I’m feeling in the next. And I do have to say the beginning this book had me laughing pretty hard! I’ve been so curious about Rhett this whole time because we met him in the previous books. He’s in this weird long distance relationship that isn’t a great one and the guys don’t exactly support. From what little glimpses we get of him, I also got this impression of him being a very sweet and loyal guy, but really getting him to know him in this book was so much better! The first interactions he has with Sienna are hilariously awful. But the progression of them together had me very, very invested. Sienna was a very interesting character, because we get to see her later on in her growth where she has a great maturity and handle on her situation. Everything she’s dealt with, and is still currently dealing with health-wise, really made her fascinating. We don’t get to see her growth as much, but she still pulls you into the story. I also really enjoyed her friendship with Silas. What the friendship is built on and how they were there for each other in a way only they could was heartwarming. Silas has one of the quotes that I love the most:
“Do you want to know what makes me and Sienna so close? What makes any two people close, I’d wager?” I don’t respond, but he keeps going. “Going through challenging shit together. Being vulnerable and letting the other person see all your fucked-up-ness…” There’s a little more, but I don’t want to spoil it anything!
It’s also really awesome to see the couples from the last two books! I think what I love the most about series that have standalone books is that you get the complete story in one book, but you get to revisit the characters throughout the other books. It makes me feel like there’s this group of people that you’re really invested in and you really want to see them get their happy ever afters! And not only do you get to see them get their happy ever after, you then get to see them living their happy ever after while their friends are on their own personal journey. Not only are the couple stories amazing, but also how the whole friend group is supportive of each other. They all experience major ups and downs, but their friends have their backs. The thing about Rebecca‘s books is that while she can definitely have you laughing your butt off, she also covers the real issues that people deal with on differing levels. Sometimes those issues are super emotional and you need the help of your friends and family to get through it. The characters in this one are just so great! I appreciate all of the side characters in different ways, and I’m definitely looking forward to learning more about Maverick and Dakota as the series continues!

Jock Royal is Book 4 in the Jock Hard Series and available in Kindle Unlimited!
REVIEW: Sara Ney has been coming in HOT with new book boyfriend material lately. And let me just tell you, this is by far my most favorite of the Jock Hard series. I fell hard for Ash and Georgia. Seriously, I could not put this book down and it pulled me right out of the book slump I was in! I always go into Sara Ney’s books without reading the synopsis, so this book took a couple turns I was not expecting (in the best way). Seriously, I loved every single minute! Ash is definitely book boyfriend material. The way he is with Georgia, even when he’s a little clueless, just made me smile. And Georgia is a total peach! She is adorably sweet in her pursuit to redeem herself after that horrific first impression she had on him–let’s just say this isn’t a meet cute for them. I just had so much fun seeing their relationship morph and grow as they became closer–literally because, roommates, ya know? Haha. Anyway, my point is GO READ THIS BOOK! Hot rugged rugby player with an accent who is caring and giving, do I need to sell you on this anymore?!
I am lucky enough to be on Sara Ney’s ARC Team and have reviewed this book with honesty in exchange for an early copy!

Friends With Benedicts is AVAILABLE NOW! Are you ready for the perfect summer romantic comedy? It has everything from wicked banter to steamy steam to angst like only Staci Hart can bring.
REVIEW: This was very, very cute! There were a lot of layers to this story with the town, the characters, and everything they’ve dealt with over the years. Presley and Sebastian definitely handled coming back together fairly well with all the things considered. There was so much between them, and they definitely started to have miscommunications. When everyone’s telling them just to be honest and communicate with each other, and yet they don’t out of fear for what could possibly happen–it was pretty damn realistic. I really liked these two, and I really wanted to see them get their happy ever after! Especially after all the years they come together and then had to split apart. Cilla was absolutely adorable and a fun part of the story. It seems like we might be getting some stories about the Blums. I really do hope so, because they sound like a ton of fun! I definitely recommend you pick up this one!
Thank you to Staci Hart for the eARC in exchange for an honest review!
Staci has been a lot of things up to this point in her life: a graphic designer, an entrepreneur, a seamstress, a clothing and handbag designer, a waitress. Can’t forget that. She’s also been a mom to three little girls who are sure to grow up to break a number of hearts. She’s been a wife, even though she’s certainly not the cleanest, nor is she the best cook. She’s also super, duper fun at a party–especially if she’s been drinking whiskey–and her favorite word starts with f and ends with k. From roots in Houston to a seven year stint in Southern California, Staci and her family ended up settling somewhere in between and equally north in Denver, where snow is magic and the mountains have become home. When she’s not writing, she’s reading, gaming, or designing graphics. Connect with Staci Hart here!
REVIEW: This one was really sweet! Fin and Grace have the kind of pull that cannot be ignored, even though they’re trying. Seeing them as side characters in the previous books made me very interested to see their relationship on a deeper level. I was completely invested in them before I even opened the book. This is one thing I am loving about this series of interconnected standalones–I am invested in all of the characters finding their HEA! This book also features a trope that I really love in romance books, and that is a man’s dedication to the woman he loves, even if they’re not together! Finn is just such a caring male lead. I really appreciated everything he did in this book for Grace. Of course it can’t be that easy between these two best friends though. Grace ‘s overthinking was justifiable, but definitely made me want to talk some sense into her. The journey for these two is a little messy, but I’m so glad I got to read it. This friend group is just so great and I love seeing them all come together. I’m pretty excited to see what happens to Silas and Lola in Last Round after what occurs during this book between them! Book one, Stirred, is still my favorite, but this one was definitely a good one.

SYNOPSIS: Waking up next to a stranger wearing a wedding ring was not on the itinerary.
I came to Las Vegas for a quick girl’s trip, but somehow ended up a married woman. What I thought would stay in Vegas followed me back to my small town of Sunrise Bay, Alaska. Of course, my new husband—MMA champion fighter, Logan Stone—couldn’t find me alone at my house to tell me he wants to give our impromptu nuptials a shot. He has to tell me in front of my entire family and half the town. The two of us couldn’t be more opposite, but he offers me a deal I can’t refuse which involves me pretending we’re happily married for three months. Yeah, a lot of things can change in that short amount of time, most importantly catching feelings for a man whose lifestyle I despise.
This is Book 3 in The Greene Family Series!
REVIEW: The Greene Family is making me so happy! When Nikki causes trouble for her brother Cade in My Beautiful Neighbor, I knew she was going to feel the karma when it came time for her book. It’s really interesting to have her mom and step-dad’s story (Hank and Marla) in My Twist of Fortune, then find out more about how what happened with her parents impacts her as an adult. She has some justifiable issues that play a part in her relationships. Luckily, Logan is perfect for Nikki, even if she can’t see it! He is definitely a new book boyfriend! I just loved how he handled everything throughout the whole story. His relationship with his mom was so endearing too! I also liked the trust and devotion that developed between these two. I feel like they find themselves in a really healthy relationship despite the start and issues that came their way. I’m really looking forward to the next book with the little surprise that Piper Rayne dropped at the end of this one. It’s right up my alley and one of my favorite tropes, so you can probably guess what that means!
Thank you so much to Piper Rayne and Wildfire Marketing Solutions for the eARC in exchange for an honest review!

Cassandra Cline took one night off from her structured life. One. And now her wild fling with the local bad boy has turned her life sideways. Her dreams and academic career are circling the drain, and none of it would have happened if she’d stayed far, far away from Leo. Except avoiding him is impossible, especially when she’s forced to move home to Clifton Forge, Montana. And he refuses to leave her side when a series of strange accidents put her and their baby at risk. But are they accidents? Or is she standing in the middle of a battlefield she doesn’t understand? Her only allies are people she barely knows. And a man who has the potential to steal her heart. If only he’d stop playing the fool.
Fallen Jester is Book 5 in the Tin Gypsy Series! Motorcycle Clubs and Small Town Romances
REVIEW: This one was definitely a little heart wrenching and I enjoyed every minute of it! We met Cass in the previous book, Noble Prince, when she was kidnapped with Scarlet, and find out that she’s pregnant! In other words, I knew going into this book it was right up my alley. Accidental pregnancy is a favorite of mine when done well. Luckily, Devney Perry tends to do it justice. She’s amazing at giving characters depth in a way that has me invested in them even when they are making poor choices. Cass and Leo had so much going on! It was really interesting to learn about Leo’s past and witness how that all played into how he handled the situation. In the previous books, I think Leo and Emmett are the single, fun guys that care about everyone and show up when they’re needed, but we didn’t know much more than that. Getting to actually know the background for Leo pulled me right into the story and I was looking forward to seeing his growth. Cass is definitely the perfect woman for him. I mean the way she handles him–just her stance on the situation, her understanding–she’s just what he needs. Although I wanted to smack them both throughout the story, I did like how everything played out for these two. The story had such a genuine feel to it. I’m actually sad that the next book will be the end to this series! The characters have all been so interesting. Devney Perry also left us with that little teaser of the next book at the end. Emmett and Nova’s story, Tin Queen, is definitely going to be a doozy!

Synopsis: There were shadows I was running from. Ones that haunted and taunted. Ones that made it so I had no choice but to disappear. I’d spent years hiding from the world. My little island haven, the only assurance of safety. It all changed the moment he showed up at my door. The hint of pain in his eyes told me that something haunted him, too. And I couldn’t help but be drawn closer. But finding the person I needed most came with risks I never expected. And when our ghosts find us again, neither of us may make it out this time.
Review: This book was exactly what I wanted it to be! Catherine Cowles is really killing it with this series, and I’m loving all the romantic suspense. The characters, their connections, and friendships have kept me completely invested from book one. I love revisiting this world with every book that comes out. When readers meet Shay in the previous book, Wrecked Palace, she’s such an enigma. I knew she was running from something and I really wanted to know more about her. I think finally getting the horrific story was really interesting, because it wasn’t something I’ve come across in a book before. And then I appreciated the fact that when Brody comes into the story, he also has his own dark past that he’s running from. They both share this connection that most people don’t understand. Catherine Cowles is a queen of romantic suspense! She just pulls me all the way in with the depth of her characters, the twists, the turns, and the connections. Sometimes I can tell what’s going to happen, but sometimes I’m completely surprised. Even when I think I do know what’s going to happen, it’s still done in a way that’s so entertaining and I’ve loved every moment of it. This is why she’s on my auto-buy list now! There were also some new characters introduced in this one that I really hope we get to learn all about in the next books of the series.
Honestly, if you want emotion, suspense, and that happily ever after that the characters definitely deserve, I think this whole series is worth reading. I seriously loved every moment of it. Plus, the covers are absolutely beautiful!

SYNOPSIS: Fifteen years ago, I fell for Jack O’Donnell. I was just a girl, but I knew my brother’s best friend was the only man I’d ever love. On my eighteenth birthday, when I asked him to kiss me, I never imagined it would change my life so completely. I gave Jack everything that night. In order to move on, we had to go our separate ways and pretend like nothing happened… as though it wasn’t the greatest moment of my life. But even that wasn’t as heartbreaking as the secret we were forced to keep. I’ve tried not to think about how much I still love him. How I long to be back in his strong arms or the way his hazel eyes make my heart race. Until he kisses me again. And this time there’s no turning back. This time I know what it means. We belong together and there’s no use denying it any longer. But our feelings aren’t the only thing that won’t stay buried, our past resurfaces and threatens to destroy our second chance at happiness. When our love is tested once again, will we be strong enough to stand together?
New York Times Bestselling author Corinne Michaels returns to the Willow Creek Valley Series in this stunning small town, brother’s best friend romance.
REVIEW: Wow. This was not where I thought Jack and Stella’s story was going. It was definitely an emotional roller coaster and way deeper than I thought it would be. I think what I like about the Willow Creek Valley series the most is that it has so many layers. There is so much going on with these characters and their relationships. I love the whole family and the friends, pretty much everyone involved. The Parkerson siblings are a wonderful family to each other, their parents not so much. The different family dynamics for all the different characters, play such a big part in what happens to them. Jack is also a part of the family and I love how that played into this story. As soon as I got a hint that there was something between Jack and Stella in Return to Us, I just really wanted them to be together. The trajectory of the story was just not what I thought it be at all and it ended up being so different from anything I’ve read in a while. The ending was really great and it really made the book for me! Plus, we get that little bit of glimpse at the end of what’s to come in the next book, which means I’m counting down the days until we get more Willow Creek Valley stories!

This is Book 2 in the Campus Nights series and a Best Friend’s Brother, Friends to Lovers Romance!
REVIEW: This freaking series!! Holy crap. I mean I’m obsessed with this series. I love all of the characters. Rebecca Jenshak is just killing it with the depth and the connection between the characters. I really, really loved the first book, and now I really, really love this one. I sincerely enjoy the glimpses of the two main characters readers get to see in the first book, Secret Puck, and how that gave foundation of what the characters were like. Seeing them come together made a lot more sense with the background we get in book one about Adam. Getting to know Reagan was absolutely awesome, because while readers learn about her unrequited crush on Adam, we really don’t get to know much more about her. Just getting to know her more, seeing how amazing she is, the depth to her character, and her past experiences that have brought her to where she is made her utterly endearing. I also feel like I didn’t love Adam in the first book, but that totally changed as I got to know him as a character. How he responds to everything that happens with Reagan and the connection that was built with her were wonderful. There was never an interaction with them that I didn’t like. I think they both had a lot to figure out with all their own baggage coming into play, but I loved seeing them get their act together and find each other.
Another part of the series that’s so amazing is that all the characters are awesome. The side characters are so much fun. I honestly can’t wait until we get the other stories–Maverick, Dakota, and Rhett. I’m pretty excited to see what Rebecca Jenshak does with Maverick’s book, because he is wild but in the best way. And Dakota is a total spitfire. Rhett is next and it’s going to be interesting with the strange long-distance relationship that we’ve seen going on. I just need to know more about him, because from what I’ve seen he is an awesome boyfriend and deserves all happiness. July 13th can’t come soon enough!
